Domestic (USA) Shipping FAQ
Which carriers do you use?
Smaller orders usually ship via USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders usually ship via UPS. If you have an account with a carrier, we can ship using that carrier and your account information.
How long will it take to get my order?
Regular orders leave our office in about 3-5 business days. Rush orders usually go out in 24 – 48 hours. USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground require about 3 days. Express service is available and takes 1-2 days.
If you select “RUSH” and also want it shipped via an express option, you must choose the EXPRESS shipping option.
How much does it cost to ship?
Shipping in the US is based on package size and weight. The amount will appear in PayPal when you place your order. PayPal used to allow you, the customer, to see the shipping cost before you entered your credit card number, but they changed that. You should still be able to see the total, including the shipping costs, before completing the sale.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent to the email address included with the order. If you wish for it to go to someone else, please let me know.
What if I have a specific deadline for receiving the products?
Please contact us first to see if it will be possible to meet your deadline.
What if I have a really large order?
Please contact us first to discuss the best shipping options.
A few thoughts from the shipper:
- Please include a complete address with your order. If PayPal does not provide enough space for you to include necessary address information, please send it to me in a separate email. And please include the phone number that you would like the carrier to call if they have questions for you.
- Once the package is left with the carrier, we cannot retrieve it or alter its course.
- We try to price our shipping based on what it costs us. We do not use shipping as a profit center.
