International Shipping FAQ
Where do you ship?
We will ship anywhere that mail or delivery service is available. So far, this has included 35+ countries on nearly every continent (I’m talking to YOU, Africa and Antarctica)
Which carrier(s) do you use?
Our preference, and the least expensive method, is the United States Postal Service (USPS) International Priority mail. USPS also offers an Express option for a higher fee. We can also use FedEx, DHL or UPS if the customer requests. Although these carriers are more expensive, they are usually faster and provide more secure delivery in areas where the postal service is not reliable.
If your company or organization has an account with an international shipper, we can use your account.
How much will it cost to ship an order to you?
Send us an email specifying which items you plan to buy and where they will be going. Include a postal code. We’ll reply with a quote for the cost of shipping. PayPal used to allow you, the customer, to see the shipping cost before you entered your credit card number, but they changed that. You should still be able to see the total, including the shipping costs, before completing the sale.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent to the email address included with the order. If you wish for it to go to someone else, please let me know.
How long does it take?
Regular orders leave our office in about 3-5 business days. Rush orders leave in 24-48 hours.
Transit time for USPS International Priority mail is, generally, about 2 weeks (“6-10 business days”). Express mail takes about half that amount of time. Sometimes, a package will be held in customs for a few days.
Are there any fees or taxes?
Probably. Taxes, fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Do I have to do anything?
It is very helpful if the customer monitors the progress of the shipment via the tracking number. By doing this, you can be aware when your local postal carrier might be delivering it to you. This is important as there may be taxes or fees to be paid before you can receive the package.
What if I have a specific deadline for receiving the products?

What if I have a really large order?
Please contact us first to discuss the best shipping options.
A few thoughts from the shipper:
- Please include a complete address with your order. If PayPal does not provide enough space for you to include necessary address information, please send it to me in a separate email. And please include the phone number that you would like customs to call if they have a question for you.
- Once the package is left with the carrier, we cannot retrieve it or alter its course. If your package is being held by your country’s customs department, I cannot do anything about it.
- We try to price our shipping based on what it costs us. We do not use shipping as a profit center.
- Please track your order and be attentive to its arrival. Your postal service will send it back to us if you do not claim it.
