We stand behind our products and will be fair and responsible if there is a problem with them. We expect that you will be fair and responsible in return.
If the order is wrong (i.e. I sent you the wrong simulators), let me know and I’ll reimburse you for return shipping costs.
If the package was damaged, let me know right away so that I can address this with the shipper.
If the order is correct but the simulators are not what you thought they would be, just let me know within 14 days (phone, fax, or email) and send them back in new, unused condition and I’ll refund the cost of the simulator(s).
