Dementia Friendly Toolkit launch on June 21, 2018 will include Fork in the Road Low Vision Simulators.

University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Nursing’s “Dementia Friendly Toolkit: Role Play Simulations for Care and Community Settings” was developed by research and clinical faculty with the School of Nursing’s Center for Aging Research and Education (CARE).

Based experiences involving nursing students, a need was identified for easily accessible training materials to help healthcare staff, service providers, family members and others better communicate with and advocate for people living with dementia.
