Blinded Veterans Association 72nd National Convention This is a picture of Dan Periard, systems engineer for ELIA (www.theELIAidea.com), using our simulators to gain insight into the problems that people with different types of vision impairments can have when trying to read. ELIA has developed an intuitive tactile alphabet that looks very cool.  One of the great things that can happen at conferences is meeting other exhibitors with new, innovative products.
